A Scorpio, packed with aggressive young men, rear-ended a private family vehicle in heavy traffic. But instead of an apology, the victims were met with intimidation.
The Attack
The situation escalated instantly. The driver of the Scorpio reached through the family’s car window, attempting to snatch the keys. Inside the car, the family—including a 4-year-old child—watched in horror. The aggression was raw, immediate, and unprovoked.
The Mob Waiting Ahead
The terror didn’t end at the crash site. After crossing the toll, the family found themselves surrounded. A larger group had gathered, turning a traffic dispute into a mob confrontation.
Threats were hurled. The intimidation continued. While NHAI police intervened on the spot to prevent physical harm, the trauma had already been inflicted. You can see the tension in the viral footage of the Hapur toll confrontation shared by the victims.

Police Inaction
Despite the severity of the incident and video evidence available online, local police have reportedly taken no concrete action against the aggressors.
The children remain traumatized. The family is left wondering why their safety matters less than the aggressors’ impunity.
