Voters Slip related complaints include incorrect details and not delivered at all. Besides, you can report things that happen on the poll day such as booth capturing, booth jam, capf armed forces not deployed at polling station, clash outside polling station, complaint against police authority, complaint against polling agent, malfunctioning of EVM or VVPAT, movement of armed goons, obstruction or intimidation to voters or polling agent, about getting paid holiday on polling day, violation of secrecy of voting, voter card snatching.
Election Expenditure
Candidate expenditure, paid news, party expenditure, and other complaints can also be registered via the portal.
However, to proceed with all the other options you must have either your epic number or at least the application number. If you haven’t got both then you probably need to register first as a voter. Do that first as explained earlier on this website [how to register as first voter].
On the above-mentioned categories, you have the option to track the status of your previously registered complaint. In your dashboard, you will be able to see the complaints that you had registered. You can also chat with the chatbot “voter mitra” that jumps normally at the bottom of the screen. The national grievance redressal system has three menus as explained above.
